           Orders of one single Adult Tee shirt, one single toddler/baby shirt, or one Adult tee and one toddler/baby tee will ship as Canada Post Letter Mail. This is *NOT Trackable* and is the slowest shipping option. You can UPGRADE at checkout to Courier Package for 1-3 day shipping for $4.95.

            *Expect further delays end of November though December due to the                   holiday volume. I highly suggest Upgrading at checkout! 



           Orders including Sweaters or multiple adult Tee Shirts or a combination of both will ship as a Courier Package with TRACKING. This is 1-3 days shipping time, after processing. I mostly partner with UPS, FedEx and Purolator, and avoid Canada Post parcel delivery as much as possible, to provide you the quickest and most reliable delivery experience. 

           Addresses in rural locations will most likely be sent Canada Post as this is the only economic option. Canada Post delivery times are expected to be longer. You can follow this with your tracking information. 

            Courier 1-3 Business Days



Orders are processed for delivery 2-3 times a week. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days from when you order. Processing days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. 

*I am working hard at keeping up with the Holiday Rush, and will be working hard at getting your orders out to you and as quick as possible! Nov though early Dec you can expect more shipping days as I try and get orders out the door asap :) * 




 Incorrect Shipping Address: All shipping information is added by you, make sure this is correct!! Any information that is incorrect could lead to failed delivery, or a returned package. If the information is incorrect and a failed delivery/returned package occurs, reshipment is at the expense of the customer. A shipping quote will be sent to the customer and the customer will have to pay the full amount. If the customer has a failed delivery with returned package and chooses not to pay for re-shipment, the customer will be refunded minus a $15 shipping and handling service fee. 


Please note: *We do not ship to PO boxes*  Any order processed with an address including a PO box will be either cancelled or the customer can upgrade the shipping charge, we will email.



Return Policy- Any item(s) needing to be returned/exchanged must be emailed about within 7 days of delivery. Please email with your order number. Only items that are in the original condition (unwashed and unworn) can be returned/exchanged, and Zink Made has the discretion to make the decision if the item is in returnable condition.

The cost of shipping/returning an item is the customers. Any items needing to be mailed back or exchanged and resent will be the customers cost. I suggest using a tracked and insured method, as Zink Made is not responsible if we don't receive your package.
